Winter Warmers Masterclass ❄️ The Ultimate Comfort Food Nothing takes the chill out of a British winter better than a warm and welcoming pot of loveliness. We’ve put together a collection of comforting, delicious dishes designed to keep you feeling thoroughly satisfied and toasty throughout the long, dark months. In this cosy, hands-on masterclass, we will guide you through building deep, robust flavours and mastering rustic, cold-weather techniques. Get ready to roll up your sleeves, embrace seasonal comfort cooking, and leave with a trusted arsenal of heartwarming recipes you will want to simmer on repeat all winter long! What you will cook and learn: • Chicken & Mushroom Pie: Master a deeply comforting golden pie packed with tender chicken and earthy mushrooms in a rich gravy. • Hasselback Tartiflette: Put a spectacular twist on the French classic with thinly sliced potatoes, melted Reblochon, and lardons. • Potato, Leek & Chorizo Soup: Learn to blend a smooth, classic winter soup base punctuated with smoky, fiery chorizo. • Double Bean & Roasted Pepper Chilli: Build incredible layers of smoky spice in a robust, hearty vegetarian bean chilli. FAQs Is this class hands-on? It is a fully hands-on experience. You will actively prep and cook the recipes yourself, alongside expert live demonstrations. What is included? Everything is provided. We supply all premium ingredients, professional equipment, and aprons. We even handle all the cleaning up! What should I bring? Just your passion! Please bring sturdy plastic containers to transport your comforting winter creations home. Can I recreate dishes at home? Yes. You will receive a bespoke recipe pack with clear instructions to easily replicate these warming dishes for family and friends. How big are class sizes? We limit sessions to small groups of 8 guests for plenty of time with our chef. Where are you located? Our climate-controlled kitchen is in a converted historic farm with free on-site parking. Are children allowed? Yes. Under 16s are welcome but must be booked alongside an adult. About our Classes & Setting Escape the ordinary at our rural cookery school. Limited to 8 guests, our sessions offer a premium experience. Enjoy refreshments upon arrival, then step into our purpose-built kitchen to master techniques and create dishes from scratch. Located in a charming village, we provide the perfect day to build confidence. • Terms: Booking confirms agreement to school policy terms.

Terms & Conditions (Ts&Cs) for Bookings
A)Classes use induction hobs which may affect pacemakers. If you have a pacemaker check with a professional before booking. B)Persons booked onto this class are 16 years old or over (do not need to be accompanied), or for any persons aged under 16 years old they have been booked in alongside a responsible adult. C)Do not attend classes at Luke’s Patisserie (LPs) if you are unwell (suffer sickness (vomiting/diarrhoea, skin rash, sore throat, viral infection, COVID-19 symptoms or fever) within 48 hours of the class. See cancellation terms (O,P,Q). D)Any person can take the place of a booked person (without charge). Any person’s attending classes at LPs agree to these Ts&Cs. E)Classes are subject to change, should changes occur from LPs you will be entitled to transfer your class without charge (to the value of your class), or cancel (with full refund). F)In the event of a power failure, frozen water pipes, flooding or other circumstance outside our control, we reserve the right to reschedule the class. We will transfer your class without charge to a class of your choice (to the value of your class), or cancel (with a full refund). G)We require to hold your personal information for this booking. We will not sell/give your information to third parties. H)You will adhere to health and safety protocols given in the class. I)Whilst we give health and safety information for classes and put safeguards in place, you are accountable for your own health and safety. We cannot control your actions. Therefore, tutors and LPs cannot be held liable for injuries or health and safety problems you encounter/obtain. You acknowledge and agree to the health and safety risks that are integrally present by attending a cookery class. J)You will be asked to leave if you demonstrate inappropriate/dangerous behaviour and will not be offered a refund. K)You will not hold tutors or LPs accountable for any damage or loss of property whilst at LPs. L)Tutors and LPs cannot be held accountable for the safety of food for consumption once it leaves LPs. M)Our liability to you under all circumstances does not exceed the total cost of the class value booked. N)We cannot guarantee ingredients in classes are allergen free. O)Class cancellations or changes 1)BEFORE 21 days of a class can be done minus 10% 2)WITHIN 21 days of a class can only be done if we can refill the space minus 10%.
