African food is truly a dining experience and now the talk of the town! From tantalising peanut butter soupy stews to spicy tomato-based sauces, fragrant jollof rice to plantain and beans, these dishes, all teasing with spices, will liven your tastebuds. Vegetables like okra and garden eggs, agushi (ground melon seeds) will expand your cooking skills and bring tasty new flavours to your table. For vegans and meat lovers alike… is your mouth watering? About Patti Patti is a chef on a mission to introduce the world to the glorious and exciting African food that she was taught to cook by her mum growing up in Ghana. Described by Executive Traveller magazine as Ghana’s best kept secret, Patti is inspiring and exuberant with an infectious zest for life. She maintains the perfect balance between creativity and conformity and her ability to step out of the norm defines her. Her creative style and her natural artistry comes across in vibrant dishes, she never fails to bring something exciting to the table. Hers is food from and for the soul. Patti has featured on ITV’s Lorraine Show & John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen. With features in several magazines, Patti also is a regular on BBC Three Counties Radio, where she shares food tips and recipes. Patti passionately demonstrates her Ghanaian fusion dishes at food festivals, on social media and in schools. She is also a judge of the Young Chef of the Year Award and has written two cookbooks.

Terms & Conditions (Ts&Cs) for Bookings
A)Classes use induction hobs which may affect pacemakers. If you have a pacemaker check with relevant professionals before booking. B)You agree you are booking this class for persons 18 years old or over. C)Do not attend classes at Luke’s Patisserie (LPs) if you are unwell (or suffer sickness (vomiting, diarrhoea, skin rash, sore throat, viral infection, COVID-19 symptoms or fever) within 48 hours of the class. See cancellation terms (O,P,Q). D)Persons other than those booked on a course can take the place of a booked person (without charge). Any person’s attending classes at LPs agree to these Ts&Cs. E)Classes are subject to change, should changes occur from LPs you will be entitled to transfer your class without charge (up to the value of your class), or cancel your class (with full refund). F)In the event of a power failure, frozen water pipes, flooding or other circumstance outside our control, we reserve the right to reschedule your class. We will transfer your class without charge to a class of your choice (up to the value of your class), or cancel the class (with a full refund). G)We require to hold your personal information for this booking. We will not sell/give your information to third parties. H)You will adhere to health and safety protocols given in the class. I)Whilst we give health and safety information for classes and put safeguards in place, you are accountable for your own health and safety. We cannot control your actions. Therefore, tutors and LPs cannot be held liable for injuries or health and safety problems you encounter/obtain. You acknowledge and agree to the health and safety risks that are integrally present by attending a cookery class. J)You will be asked to leave if you demonstrate inappropriate/dangerous behaviour and won't be offered a refund. K)You will not hold tutors or LPs accountable for any damage or loss of property whilst at LPs. L) Food taken from classes must be transported and stored as directed by your tutor. Tutors and LPs cannot be held accountable for safety of food once it leaves LPs. M) Our liability to you under all circumstances does not exceed the total cost of the class value booked. N) We cannot guarantee ingredients in classes are allergen free. O) Class cancellations or changes 1)BEFORE 21 days of a class can be done minus 20% 2)WITHIN 21 days of a class can only be done if we can refill the space minus 20%.
